  Webmaster
A webmaster is the person responsible for designing, developing, marketing, or maintaining a website. In U2start's case it means that the webmaster is the owner of the website and responsible for the lay-out, the system and the site content.

A site manager is the person next to the webmaster responsible for the content of the website, the bootlegs, forums etc.
